Instructions
The CIOview Player is the software engine that drives all CIOview's TCOnow! and ROInow! products (known as Content Modules). The CIOview Player is free, and it is required to run any CIOview product. Download the CIOview Player now.
The CIOview Player uses Microsoft's .NET framework, and automatically prompts you to download .NET during installation if you do not already have the proper versions installed. This process typically is automatic, however, if you have a problem downloading the .NET framework, or if you need to reinstall, you can access Microsoft .NET from the CIOview Web site: download.NET version 2.0 and download .NET version 1.1. Note that the CIOview Player requires specific versions of .NET; you may install multiple versions of .NET on your system and they will all work.
CIOview Player upgrade
A new version of the CIOview Player has recently been released. For all current CIOview customers, when you launch the Player, you will see a dialog asking you if you would like to upgrade now. Please click "Yes" to upgrade to the lastest version.
Please note: As of version 4.4.3 CIOview Player requires Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0, which is typically included with Windows in most newer PCs. If .NET 2.0 is not already installed on your PC, it will be automatically installed during this process. If this is the case, when you re-launch the Player a second dialog box telling you there is a new version of the Player will appear. Click "Yes" again to complete the upgrade to the latest version of the CIOview Player.
