The Team

CIOview's success is based on creating products with the challenging balance of sophistication and ease of use. To achieve this difficult mission, CIOview has gathered together a team of professionals with wide-ranging expertise, from finance to technology analysis; from economics to software development. Our team's background includes advanced finance education at London School of Economics, Rutgers University, Brandeis University and others; product development and management expertise honed at various software and solutions companies including Oracle and CMGI; and consulting practice at both management and technology consultancies.

The work done by the CIOview team can be broken down into two distinct parts: conducting research and analysis and building the interactive assessment tools.

The analysts at CIOview are the intelligence behind the ROInow! and TCOnow! software. They conduct the extensive research required to build intelligent ROI and TCO models, taking advantage of the robust inference engines that is at the heart of the software.

Using CIOview's exclusive modeling technology and incorporating CIOview's patent-pending financial modeling tools, CIOview analysts synthesize data from real-world customer experience as well as trusted data sources (such as the International Data Corporation) to create a comprehensive and easy-to-use tool. Although experts in finance build the models, you do not have to be an expert in order to use them effectively.

The financial models CIOview analysts build must be easily accessible to our customers. We do this by creating a software player that presents the complexities of the research our analysts conduct in a simple to understand format. Our software developers design and maintain the systems that make the models run properly, ensure that customers receive automatic updates, and build Web "previews" of TCOnow! and ROInow!. Our products are built in C++ and Java, and our Java web PreView was designed by the winner of the 2001 Interactive Media Design awards. We have been building ROI and TCO models since 1997, and have over 50 products released to the market.

Finally our support team is in place to provide technical support and customer assistance to our customers, via either email or phone.
